How can I contact customer service?
You can contact customer service through our contact form on our website. We strive to respond to your request as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to receive a response from customer service?
Typically, you will receive a response within 24-48 hours. For more complex requests, it may take a little longer, but we assure you that we will take care of your request.
Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?
We do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations to your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to discuss your request.

How long does the delivery take?

What are the shipping costs?
We currently offer our customers free standard shipping for orders over €40, as well as premium shipping (insurance against theft/loss/or damage to the package) for €2.90.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to track the status of your delivery.
My order shows as delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
In these cases, you can request proof of delivery on the delivery service's website by completing a signature request form. Please note that we do not refund or replace shipments that are tracked as delivered.
